So I finally got around to posting Trillian’s Birth on youtube. It’s not the entire thing, as after she’s born I’m just sitting there with my legs splayed. I’ll spare y’all. If you hadn’t already read it, her (long) birth story is located here.
So note: It was planned ahead that we’d call the team in AS she was being born. We all knew what was happening in the room.
The conversation in the beginning is the nurses desk coming on the com and asking if everything is okay. They could tell she was descending. My nurse says “she’s sailing through to fully…” Just before this point, the nurse had checked me and Trillian’s head wasn’t even a knuckle from coming out. I’d gone from 8cm and –2 station to fully dilated and baby born in just 15 minutes.
